A view from the inside

For years, we worked as industry insiders, helping build some of the best-known online marketplaces. We traveled the country, met hundreds of local services pros, and helped them refine their online lead-gen strategies. 

At the same time, we watched as more customers turned to online marketplaces and apps to hire local services pros (now approximately 70% of all hires). In our roles, we tracked trends from millions of customer searches and hires, including the tactics that helped the best pros get more leads and close them more often.
